Where are my reflections stored? On your device only. They're private to you and never uploaded. Deleting the app removes them.

Do I need an account? No. There's no login and nothing to sign up for — just open the app and start.

How do the decks work? Pick a deck, then move through the cards one at a time — face to face or side by side. Swipe or tap to advance.

The content looks out of date. Lessons and decks refresh from our library when you open the app with a connection. Reopen the app to pull the latest.

How do I delete my data? Delete any reflection inside the app, or remove everything by deleting the app from your device.
